Summer Math Fun!

Have fun playing math games with friends while working to solidify grade level concepts!

 

2 weeks, fully customizable and suitable for groups of 2-4 students all in the same grade level. Camps are one hour each day for either 3 or 4 days per week, your choice.

I am pleased to be able to offer a math camp each summer. Math camp is fully customizable and is a bit different than tutoring services. With math camp, there is no official assessment, it's not as long-term either. Math camp can be used in conjunction with tutoring or stand alone. And because it's short term, the goal is about maintaining and building on grade level skills in a fun format!

Math Camp Rates

• $180 per day per group (as of June 1, 2025), to be paid at time of registration.   One hour each day.   This is split evenly between 2 to 4 campers.  Schedule and Pay by May 10 for a 10% discount.

Location

Camps can also be run indoors and outdoors  at my home in Louisville.  However, I am not a licensed child care facility and, as such, at least one parent must remain on-site.  You can lounge, sit back and relax in a rocking chair on my porch or in the backyard while the kids and I have math fun.  

 

​More Details

• Minimum commitment of 2 weeks  including 6 or 8 total sessions (you choose 3 or 4 days per each week)

• You establish your group of 2 to 4 campers and choose a point person.  That is the person responsible for registering and for paying.  This person can, then, collect payment from the others. 

• The camp format is best suited to students who are not significantly behind grade level standards.  

• To register, download and fill out the registration form for each camper .  Then, email those to Amy at amy.scheff@colorado.edu and arrange payment. Payment is due within 24 hours fo sending forms to hold your dates.

• Pay one price for your whole group.  You can split the cost between yourselves.  ($180 x total # of camp days)
